Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Step 1. Melt Butter:

  • Heat 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2. Saute Garlic:

  • Saute the minced garlic until it releases its aromatic fragrance, typically taking 1-2 minutes.

Step 3. Add Lemon Juice:

  • Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Step 4. Season with Spices:

  • Add paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Step 5. Simmer:

  • Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Step 6. Taste and Adjust:

  • Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Step 7. Serve:

  • Serve sauce over seafood or as a dipping sauce.

Step 8. Garnish (optional):

  • Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
