Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil softened
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tsp water if needed

Instructions

Measure Sugar

  • Place brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Sugar gently exfoliates your skin and gives a soft texture.

Add Coconut Oil

  • Add softened coconut oil to sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.

Add Cocoa Powder

  • Add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir well to blend the chocolatey color and aroma.

Add Vanilla Extract

  • Pour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract into the mixture. Mix thoroughly to combine the sweet scent.

Adjust Texture

  • If the scrub is too thick, add 1–2 teaspoons water slowly. Stir until smooth and soft.

Transfer to Jar

  • Spoon the scrub into a clean glass jar. Press lightly to fill the jar completely.

Label the Jar

  • Write the name and date on the jar. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.

Use the Scrub

  • Apply to damp skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and gently pat skin dry.

Moisturize

  • After rinsing, apply lotion or body oil. Your skin will feel soft, smooth, and nourished.

Enjoy the Scent

  • Relax and enjoy the chocolatey, warm aroma. Use 2–3 times per week for the best results.

Notes

  • Use softened coconut oil for easy mixing.
  • Do not scrub too hard; sugar gently exfoliates the skin.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
  • Add extra cocoa powder or vanilla for a stronger scent.
  • You can substitute coconut oil with almond or olive oil.
