Ingredients

  • 8 slider rolls or small buns
  • 4 ounces pepperoni sliced
  • 4 ounces salami sliced
  • 4 ounces ham sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers optional

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. This step helps sliders heat evenly without sticking.

Slice the Rolls

  • Slice each slider roll horizontally. Leave the halves connected if possible. This helps assemble the sandwich without losing shape.

Prepare the Meat and Cheese

  • Layer pepperoni, salami, and ham evenly on each roll. Place a slice of provolone cheese over the meat. This ensures every slider is cheesy and flavorful.

Make the Butter Mixture

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir well. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the rolls.

Add Optional Ingredients

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of each roll. Sprinkle banana peppers for extra tang. This step gives your sliders more flavor and moisture.

Bake the Sliders

  • Place the sliders on the baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 10–12 minutes at 350°F. Cheese should be melted and rolls slightly crisp.

Broil for Extra Crispiness

  • Remove foil and broil for 1–2 minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning. The tops become golden brown and flavorful.

Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Slice sliders if needed. Serve hot immediately for best taste. Now you know How to make Hot Italian Sub Sliders Recipe at home.

Notes

  • Use fresh slider rolls for soft texture.
  • Toast under broiler for a crisp top.
  • Add red pepper flakes for more heat.
  • Assemble just before baking to prevent soggy buns.
  • Slice cheeses thinly for even melting.
