Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Optional flavors: cocoa powder cinnamon, or fruit puree

Instructions
 

Chill the Cream

  • Ensure heavy cream is cold. Place in the fridge before using for best results.

Add Sugar and Flavor

  • Pour cream into the whipper. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract or flavor of choice.

Attach Charger

  • Close the whipper tightly. Attach an ISI cream charger according to manufacturer instructions.

Shake the Whipper
