Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 cup sliced summer sausage or beef sticks
  • 1 large bag nacho cheese chips 200g
  • 1 can chili or beans 400g
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • ½ cup crushed crackers optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional

Instructions

Cook the noodles

  • Boil the noodles until soft, then drain the water and place them in a large bowl.

Crush the chips

  • Put the chips in a bag and crush them until small and crumbly pieces form.

Cut the sausage

  • Slice the sausage or beef sticks into small bite-size pieces for easy mixing later.

Add noodles and chips

  • Mix the cooked noodles with the crushed chips and stir slowly until combined.

Add canned chili

  • Pour canned chili or beans over the mix and stir until everything blends well.

Add sausage pieces

  • Add the sausage into the bowl and mix it evenly with the noodle mixture.

Add seasoning packet

  • Sprinkle the ramen flavor packet and mix until the seasoning spreads through the bowl.

Add hot sauce

  • Pour hot sauce over the mix and stir until the flavor is fully combined.

Add cheese

  • Add shredded cheese if you like, then mix until it melts a little from the heat.

Let it sit

  • Cover the bowl and let the mixture sit for five minutes to become thick.

Check texture

  • Open the bowl and check if the mix is soft, thick, and well blended together.

Add crackers

  • Add crushed crackers if you want more crunch and mix gently.

Adjust seasoning

  • Taste the spread and add more hot sauce or seasoning if needed.

Stir again

  • Give the mix one last big stir so every flavor blends perfectly.

Shape if needed

  • Shape the spread into small portions or patties if serving to friends.

Serve warm

  • Place the spread on plates or eat directly from the bowl while warm.

Notes

  • Use bold chips for stronger flavor.
  • Add cheese when noodles are hot so it melts nicely.
  • Cut sausage small for easier mixing.
  • Add hot water slowly if the spread feels too dry.
  • Let the mix sit to become thicker and richer.
