Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 4 tablespoons Japanese BBQ sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup peas
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Chop carrots, garlic and green onions into small pieces. Keep them ready for fast cooking.

Scramble the Eggs

  • Heat butter in the pan. Add eggs and scramble until soft and fluffy for mixing.

Cook the Veggies

  • Add carrots, peas, and garlic. Stir and cook until soft but still bright in color.
