Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fruit juice orange, apple, or mixed
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or sweetener optional
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruits berries, kiwi or mango
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions
 

Prepare Gelatin

  • Pour cold water into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.

Heat Fruit Juice

  • Pour fruit juice into a saucepan. Warm it on low heat but do not boil. Stir gently for even temperature.

Add Gelatin to Juice

  • Add the bloomed gelatin into warm juice. Stir constantly until gelatin completely dissolves and mixture is smooth.

Sweeten If Desired

  • Add honey or sweetener to taste. Stir until fully mixed. Adjust sweetness according to preference.

Add Fresh Fruits

  • Place small pieces of fresh fruit into serving bowls. You can mix different fruits for variety and color.

Pour Gelatin Mixture

  • Carefully pour the gelatin mixture over fruits in the bowls. Fill each bowl evenly.

Chill in Refrigerator

  • Place the bowls in the fridge. Chill for at least 3 hours until gelatin sets completely.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Once set, serve immediately. Enjoy a light, refreshing and low-calorie dessert that is healthy and tasty.
