- 1 box 3 oz lemon Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest optional
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 egg yolks for filling
- 3 egg whites for meringue
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 6 tbsp sugar for meringue
