Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
  

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and spaghetti. Cook until soft but not mushy. Drain the pasta and set it aside for later use.

Prepare the Chicken

  • Use cooked chicken and shred it into small pieces. You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken. Keep it ready for mixing with sauce.

Cook the Vegetables

  • Heat butter in a pan on medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft and slightly golden. This adds flavor to the dish.

Make the Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and milk. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients

  • Add cooked pasta and shredded chicken into the sauce. Mix everything well so pasta is fully coated. Add half of the cheese and mix again.

Transfer to Baking Dish

  • Grease a baking dish lightly. Pour the mixture into the dish. Spread evenly using a spoon. This helps it cook properly.

Add Cheese Topping

  • Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. This creates a cheesy and golden layer when baked.

Bake the Dish

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the spaghetti for 20 minutes. Cook until cheese melts and turns slightly golden on top.
