Prepare the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. This prevents sticking and helps cookies bake evenly.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Take a bowl and add flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well until combined. This ensures even flavor in every cookie.

Cream Butter and Sugar

  • In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar. Mix until light and fluffy. This step gives cookies a soft and chewy texture.

Add Egg and Vanilla

  • Add egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture. Mix until smooth. This helps create a rich and flavorful cookie dough.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
