Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha use less if not spicy
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • A little salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Put mayonnaise in the bowl.
  • Add ketchup and sweet chili sauce.
  • Add garlic and onion powder.
  • Sprinkle paprika into the bowl.
  • Add sriracha and mustard.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice.
  • Mix it well with a whisk.
  • Keep mixing until smooth.
  • Taste it and add salt.
  • Put it in a jar and chill.

Notes

  • Cool the sauce before eating.
  • Use more sriracha if you like heat.
  • Use real mayo for better taste.
  • Add sugar if it tastes too sour.
  • Fresh garlic gives a strong flavor.
