Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust graham cracker crust
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Heat your oven to 350°F for even baking.

Mix Egg Yolks

  • Whisk the egg yolks until smooth and thick.

Add Condensed Milk

  • Stir in the condensed milk until creamy and blended.

Add Lime Juice

  • Pour in the key lime juice and lime zest. Mix well.

Fill the Crust

  • Pour the mixture into the graham crust. Spread evenly.

Bake the Pie

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until tiny bubbles appear.

Cool the Pie

  • Let the pie cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Chill Before Serving

  • Use bottled key lime juice if fresh ones are not available.
