Ingredients
  

  • 3 orange habanero peppers take out seeds
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup water add more if needed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Wash the peppers and cut them. Remove the seeds.

Step 2:

  • Peel the garlic. Chop it into small pieces.

Step 3:

  • Put peppers, garlic, and spices into the blender.

Step 4:

  • Add vinegar, lime juice, and some water.

Step 5:

  • Blend it well until the sauce looks smooth.

Step 6:

  • Add oil slowly while blending the sauce again.

Step 7:

  • Add mayonnaise and blend once more until creamy.

Step 8:

  • Pour it into a pan. Heat for 3 minutes.

Step 9:

  • Let it cool. Strain it if you want smooth sauce.

Step 10:

  • Put it in a jar. Keep it in the fridge.

Notes

  • Wear gloves when you touch hot peppers.
  • Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
  • Let it chill overnight for better taste.
  • Use more mayo if you want it creamier.
  • Roast the garlic for a soft, sweet flavor.
