Pineapple juice is tasty and fresh. Libby's Pineapple Juice Recipe is sweet and a little sour. You can make it at home with fresh pineapple.

- 1 ripe pineapple
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar if needed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes if needed
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Remove the hard middle part. 
- Put the pineapple pieces in a blender. 
- Add water and blend until smooth. 
- Pour the juice through a strainer. 
- Press with a spoon to get more juice. 
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the juice. 
- Mix everything well. 
- Pour into a glass and add ice cubes. 
- Drink fresh and enjoy! 
- Pick a ripe pineapple for the best taste.
- Keep the pineapple cold for a fresh drink.
- Strain twice for a very smooth juice.
- Add more or less sugar based on the pineapple.
- Keep in the fridge and drink within two days.
