Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup coconut oil or olive oil
  • ¼ cup mashed mango fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup mashed strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 5 –10 drops of essential oil optional, like orange or vanilla
  • 1 tsp vitamin E oil optional, for skin nourishment

Instructions
 

Mash the Fruits

  • Mash mango and strawberries in a small bowl until smooth, removing large pieces.

Add Sugar

  • Pour 1 cup of sugar into the mashed fruits. Mix until evenly combined.

Add Coconut Oil

  • Add ½ cup coconut oil. Stir well until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

Add Essential Oil

  • Add 5–10 drops of your favorite essential oil. Stir gently to combine.

Add Vitamin E Oil

  • Add 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil. Mix well for extra skin nourishment.

Check the Texture

  • Scrub should be thick but easy to spread. Adjust sugar or oil if needed.

Transfer to Jar

  • Use a spoon or funnel to transfer scrub into an airtight jar.

Seal the Jar

  • Close the jar tightly to keep the scrub fresh. Store in a cool place.

Use Your Scrub

  • Apply on damp skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
