Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango juice or fresh mango puree
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling wine or champagne
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Mango Juice

  • If using fresh mango, peel and chop it. Blend until smooth. Strain if needed. Measure two cups of puree. Chill it in the fridge for at least one hour before using.

Add Lime and Honey

  • Pour the chilled mango juice into a small pitcher. Add fresh lime juice. Stir well. Taste the mixture. Add honey if you want extra sweetness. Mix until everything blends nicely.

Pour Into Glasses

  • Take your champagne flutes. Add a few ice cubes if desired. Fill each glass halfway with mango mixture. Pour slowly to avoid spills. Do not fill to the top yet.

Add Sparkling Wine

  • Slowly pour chilled sparkling wine into each glass. Fill almost to the top. Pour gently to keep the bubbles fresh. Lightly stir once to combine the layers.

Garnish and Serve

  • Add a small mango slice on the rim. Serve immediately while bubbly. Enjoy this fresh Manmosa Recipe with friends and family for the best taste and fun.

  • Serve immediately after mixing.
  • Use clear glasses for a beautiful look.
