Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can evaporated milk 12 oz
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Fresh fruits for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Line tray with cupcake liners.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Beat eggs and sugar in another bowl.
  • Add milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Slowly fold dry mix into wet mix.
  • Fill cupcake liners with batter.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes.
  • Cool cakes on rack.
  • Poke small holes in each cake.
  • Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cream.
  • Pour milk mix over cakes.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours.
  • Add whipped cream and fruit on top.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the batter.
  • Use eggs at room temperature.
  • Let cakes soak in milk mix fully.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Add fresh fruits for color.
  • Use clear liners for a nice look.
