Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line tray with cupcake liners.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat eggs and sugar in another bowl.
Add milk and vanilla. Mix well.
Slowly fold dry mix into wet mix.
Fill cupcake liners with batter.
Bake for 18–20 minutes.
Cool cakes on rack.
Poke small holes in each cake.
Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cream.
Pour milk mix over cakes.
Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours.
Add whipped cream and fruit on top.
