Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk low fat or whole
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons light cream or half and half
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Mix the Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, protein powder and butterscotch pudding mix. Whisk well until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps. This creates a creamy and flavorful base.

Add Flavor Ingredients

  • Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, light cream and a pinch of salt. Stir well until everything blends together. These ingredients add sweetness and a rich butterscotch taste.

Pour Into Container

  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Do not fill above the maximum line. Smooth the top with a spoon so it freezes evenly.

Freeze the Mixture

  • Place the container in the freezer for about 8–10 hours. It should freeze completely. This step is important for good ice cream texture.

Spin in Ninja Creami

  • Remove the frozen container from the freezer. Place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting and let the machine process it.

Re-spin if Needed

  • Check the texture after the first spin. If it looks crumbly, run the “Re-Spin” cycle. This makes the ice cream extra smooth and creamy.

Add Optional Mix-Ins

  • You can add small butterscotch chips or crushed cookies. Make a small hole in the center. Use the “Mix-In” setting to blend them.

Scoop and Serve

  • Scoop the creamy ice cream into bowls. Serve immediately for the best texture. Enjoy the smooth butterscotch flavor.
