Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan

  • Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper to place cookies after mixing.

Combine Butter, Sugar, and Milk

  • In a saucepan, add butter, sugar and milk. Heat over medium until fully melted.

Add Peanut Butter

  • Stir in peanut butter. Mix until smooth and fully combined with the melted butter mixture.

Add Vanilla Extract

  • Add vanilla extract to the pan. Stir quickly so it blends with the peanut butter mixture.

Mix Oats and Nuts
