Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits digestive or tea biscuits
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra coconut or cocoa for rolling

Instructions

Crush the Biscuits

  • Place biscuits in a mixing bowl. Crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.

Add Cocoa Powder

  • Add cocoa powder to biscuit crumbs. Mix well until evenly combined for a rich chocolate flavor.

Mix with Condensed Milk

  • Pour condensed milk into the mixture. Stir continuously until the mixture is sticky and soft enough to roll.

Add Nuts and Coconut

  • Add chopped nuts and desiccated coconut. Mix well so the flavor spreads evenly throughout the mixture.

Add Vanilla Extract

  • Pour vanilla extract into the mixture. Stir gently to combine for an extra sweet aroma and taste.

Shape the Balls

  • Take small portions of the mixture. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands. Place them on parchment paper.

Roll in Coconut or Cocoa

  • Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut or cocoa powder for a beautiful coating and added flavor.

Chill Before Serving

  • Place chocolate balls in the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve cold for best taste and texture.

Notes

  • Use fresh biscuits for better flavor.
  • Adjust condensed milk for softer or firmer texture.
  • Chilling helps the balls hold their shape.
  • Roll in cocoa for a less sweet version.
  • Use your favorite nuts for a crunchy touch.
