Ingredients

  • Cream cheese 8 oz (softened)
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • White chocolate 1 cup (for coating)

Instructions
 

Puree the Mango

  • Peel and chop mango. Put mango in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Mix Cream Cheese and Mango

  • Add cream cheese to mango puree. Mix well until smooth and uniform.

Add Powdered Sugar

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until the mixture feels thick and sweet.

Add Lemon Juice

  • Add lemon juice to balance sweetness. Mix again for a bright flavor.

Shape the Truffles

  • Scoop small amounts of mixture. Roll into balls using your hands. Place on parchment paper.

Chill the Truffles
