Ingredients
  

  • Fresh peaches 2 cups, peeled and chopped
  • Gelatin powder 3 tablespoons
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Natural sweetener like stevia or monk fruit 2–3 tablespoons, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Peach Puree

  • Blend peeled peaches in a blender until smooth. Set aside for making gummy mixture.

Bloom the Gelatin

  • In a small bowl, mix gelatin with 1/2 cup water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Heat the Peach Mixture

  • In a saucepan, heat peach puree over low heat. Add sweetener and lemon juice, stir gently.

Add Gelatin to Peach

  • Add bloomed gelatin to warm peach puree. Stir until completely dissolved and smooth.

Pour into Molds

  • Carefully pour peach mixture into silicone molds or a small dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Chill in Fridge

  • Place molds in refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours or until gummies are firm and set.

Remove Gummies from Molds

  • Gently pop gummies out of silicone molds. If using a dish, cut into small squares or shapes.

Serve or Store

  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
