Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 –5 medium potatoes sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Cook the Sausage

  • Cook the sausage in a pot. Break it into small pieces. Remove it when browned well.

Sauté Onion and Garlic

  • Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant. Stir well and keep heat low.

Add Broth and Potatoes

  • Pour in chicken broth. Add sliced potatoes. Cook until potatoes feel soft and tender.

Add Cream and Seasoning

Add Sausage Back
