Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Wash and pat dry the chicken wings.

Step 2:

  • Mix flour, paprika, pepper, and salt in a bowl.

Step 3:

  • Coat wings evenly with the flour mix.

Step 4:

  • Heat oil in a fryer or pot to 350°F.

Step 5:

  • Fry wings in batches for 10–12 minutes.
