Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 banana frozen for creaminess
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup apple juice or coconut water
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Wash spinach and cut banana, pineapple and mango into small pieces. Freeze banana for creamier texture.

Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Place spinach, banana, pineapple, mango, Greek yogurt and apple juice in a blender. Add honey if needed.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes. Ensure no chunks remain. The smoothie should be creamy and thick.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the smoothie. Add honey for extra sweetness or more juice for thinner consistency. Blend again if needed.

Serve Immediately

  • Pour smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie.
  • Fresh spinach gives better flavor than frozen.
  • Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
  • Add a few ice cubes if you want a colder drink.
  • Use honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
