Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos or Takis
  • ½ cup cooked sausage or shredded chicken optional
  • ¼ cup corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp jalapeño slices
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Fry the Potatoes

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add potato fries and cook until golden and crispy. Take them out and place them on paper towels to remove extra oil. Sprinkle salt.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauces

  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce in a bowl. You can adjust spice as you like.

Step 3: Assemble

  • Place fries on a plate. Pour nacho cheese and sauce mix over them. Add sausage or chicken if you like. Sprinkle corn, jalapeños, and crushed chips on top.

Step 4: Finish and Serve

  • Add a little cilantro and squeeze lime juice over the fries. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh potatoes for crispy fries.
  • Don’t skip the lime — it adds great flavor.
  • You can use store-bought fries to save time.
  • For extra spice, add chili powder or hot Cheetos.
