- 1 lb 450g ground beef
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Secret Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Make the Secret Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic and onion powder in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate.
