Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening optional for melting chocolate

Instructions
 

Mix the Base

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Add Crunch

  • Add crushed graham crackers and mix until the dough forms and holds together.

Shape the Mixture

  • Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking tray. Flatten it with a spatula.

Chill It

  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.

Melt the Chocolate

  • In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.

Cut and Coat

  • Cut the chilled peanut butter layer into sticks. Dip each stick into the melted chocolate using a fork or spoon.

Set and Serve

  • Place coated sticks back on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
  • Chill before cutting to keep sticks firm.
