  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla cookies
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or corn syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup melted chocolate milk or dark
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies, chopped pecans, brown sugar, vanilla, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Shape the Balls

  • Scoop out small portions using a spoon or cookie scoop.
  • Roll into smooth balls with your hands.

Chill Before Dipping

  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Stir until smooth.

Dip the Balls in Chocolate

  • Use a fork to dip each ball into melted chocolate.
  • Let excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place coated balls back on the tray.

Chill and Set

  • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Toast pecans first for deeper flavor.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • Add extra maple syrup if the mixture is too dry.
  • Add chopped pretzels for crunch.
  • Store chilled so the chocolate stays firm.
