Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Instructions

Make the Mint Dough

  • Mix powdered sugar, butter and condensed milk until a soft dough forms. Add peppermint extract and mix again.

Shape the Patties

  • Roll the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball gently to form small round patties.

Chill the Patties

  • Place patties on a baking sheet. Chill them for twenty minutes so they become firm.

Melt the Chocolate

  • Heat chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for short intervals. Stir until smooth and fully melted.

Add Coconut Oil

  • Mix a little coconut oil into the chocolate. This makes the coating glossy and easy to dip.

Dip the Patties

  • Use a fork to dip each patty into the melted chocolate. Coat evenly and shake off excess chocolate.

Place on Sheet

  • Place dipped patties back on parchment paper. Work slowly so the shape stays neat and round.

Chill Again

  • Chill the patties in the fridge. Let the chocolate harden completely for a smooth and firm shell.

Check the Texture

  • Press a patty gently. The center should feel soft and the outside firm and shiny.

Serve Fresh

  • Serve the patties cold or at room temperature. Enjoy the cool mint and sweet chocolate flavor.

Notes

  • Use good chocolate for better flavor.
  • Do not skip chilling steps.
  • Add more peppermint for stronger taste.
  • Keep your hands cold while shaping patties.
  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
