Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil softened
  • 10 –15 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 –2 tsp water if needed

Instructions

Measure Sugar

  • Put sugar in a mixing bowl. Use granulated sugar for a gentle, effective exfoliation.

Add Coconut Oil

  • Add soft coconut oil to sugar. Mix with a spoon until evenly combined and smooth.

Add Peppermint Oil

  • Add 10–15 drops of peppermint oil. Stir well to evenly distribute the refreshing scent.

Add Vanilla (Optional)

  • Add 1 tsp vanilla extract for a sweet smell. Mix thoroughly so the aroma blends well.

Adjust Texture

  • If too thick, add 1–2 tsp water. Mix gently until the scrub reaches desired consistency.

Transfer to Jar

  • Spoon the scrub into a clean glass jar. Press lightly to fill and close tightly.

Label the Jar

  • Label with date and name. Store in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh.

Use the Scrub

  • Apply to damp skin in gentle circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Moisturize After Use

  • Apply lotion or body oil after rinsing. Your skin will feel extra soft and smooth.

Enjoy Your Spa Day

  • Relax and enjoy the fresh peppermint scent. Repeat 2–3 times per week for best results.

Notes

  • Use soft coconut oil for easy mixing.
  • Do not scrub too hard; sugar is gentle enough.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
  • Add more peppermint oil if you want a stronger scent.
  • You can substitute coconut oil with almond or olive oil.
