Ingredients
  

  • Large eggs – 6
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
  • Cream cheese – 2 tablespoons softened
  • Pizza sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup shredded
  • Mini pepperoni – ¼ cup chopped
  • Garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning – ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Instructions
 

Boil the Eggs

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Cook for twelve minutes. Remove eggs and place in cold water.

Peel and Cut

  • Peel the cooled eggs carefully. Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove yolks gently and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Filling

  • Mash egg yolks until smooth. Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, pizza sauce and seasonings. Mix well until creamy and smooth.

Add Cheese and Pepperoni

  • Stir shredded mozzarella and chopped pepperoni into the filling. Mix gently so the filling stays thick and textured.

Fill the Egg Whites

  • Spoon or pipe the filling into egg white halves. Fill evenly so each piece looks neat and full.

Garnish and Serve

  • Top with extra pepperoni or cheese if desired. Serve fresh or chill briefly before serving for best taste.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth filling.
  • Chop pepperoni very small for better texture.
  • Do not overcook eggs or yolks turn dry.
  • Chill eggs before serving for stronger flavor.
