  • Flour tortillas – 4 large
  • Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups shredded
  • Pepperoni slices – 1 cup
  • Pizza sauce – ½ cup
  • Olive oil or butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes – ½ teaspoon optional

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Gather all ingredients before starting. Shred the cheese if not ready. Slice pepperoni if needed. Keep pizza sauce nearby. This makes cooking faster and easier without any delay.

Heat the Pan

  • Place a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add a little oil or butter. Let it melt and spread evenly. This step helps the tortillas cook evenly and become crispy.

Place the Tortilla

  • Put one tortilla in the hot pan. Let it warm for a few seconds. This makes it soft and ready for filling. Do not let it burn or become too dry.

Add Pizza Sauce

  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the tortilla. Do not add too much sauce. Too much sauce can make the quesadilla soggy and messy.

Add Cheese and Pepperoni

  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add pepperoni slices evenly on top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and chili flakes for extra flavor and a slight spicy taste.

Cover with Another Tortilla

  • Place another tortilla on top to form a sandwich. Press gently with a spatula. This helps everything stick together and cook evenly from both sides.

Cook Until Golden
