Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 300g
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 pieces

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish lightly with oil or butter. This helps prevent sticking and makes cleaning easier after baking.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture

  • In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk and sour cream. Mix well until smooth and creamy. This will be your rich casserole base.

Add Seasoning and Vegetables

  • Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper and frozen peas and carrots. Mix everything evenly. The vegetables add color and nutrition, making the dish more balanced and tasty.

Transfer to Baking Dish

  • Pour the chicken mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it evenly using a spoon or spatula. Make sure the mixture is smooth and covers the whole dish.

Add Cheese and Biscuits

  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture. Cut biscuit dough into halves. Place them on top evenly. Leave small gaps so they cook properly and turn golden.

Bake Until Golden

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes. The biscuits should turn golden brown. The filling should be hot and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
