For Chicken Marinade:
- 500 g chicken breast cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
For Peanut Sauce:
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- ¼ cup warm water
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, paprika, pepper and lime juice. Stir well until everything is combined into a smooth marinade.

In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili paste and warm water. Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with water if needed.
