- Ground beef – 1½ pounds
- Onion chopped – 1 medium
- Garlic minced – 3 cloves
- Green bell pepper chopped – 1
- Red bell pepper chopped – 1
- Canned diced tomatoes – 2 cans 14.5 oz each
- Tomato sauce – 1 can 8 oz
- Kidney beans drained – 1 can (15 oz)
- Black beans drained – 1 can (15 oz)
- Chili powder – 2 tablespoons
- Cumin – 1 tablespoon
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Oregano – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Optional: shredded cheese sour cream, chopped green onions for topping
Add Spices
