Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

Mix the Dry Items

  • Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Stir until all dry ingredients blend smoothly.

Whisk the Wet Items

  • In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until the liquid becomes smooth and creamy.

Combine All Mixtures

  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry bowl. Stir gently until the batter forms without overmixing.

Prepare the Cinnamon Mix

  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir until combined well for a sweet swirl.

Fill the Loaf Pan

  • Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula.

Add the Cinnamon Layer

Add More Batter

Add Top Cinnamon Mix
