Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the Filling

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup softened butter

For the Icing

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • Mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit five minutes until foamy and active.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Add Flour Slowly

  • Add flour gradually. Mix until soft dough forms and pulls away from bowl.

Knead the Dough

  • Knead dough on floured surface for five minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rest

  • Place dough in bowl. Cover and rest for ten minutes before rolling.

Roll the Dough

  • Roll dough into rectangle. Keep thickness even for best baking.

Add Filling

  • Spread butter evenly. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over entire surface.

Roll and Cut

  • Roll dough tightly. Cut into equal pieces using knife or cutter.

Arrange and Bake

  • Place rolls in greased dish. Bake at 180°C until golden and fluffy.

Make the Icing

  • Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Ice the Rolls

  • Pour icing over warm rolls. Let it melt before serving.
