  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Season the Pork Chops

  • Rub pork chops with garlic powder, paprika and black pepper. Make sure both sides are coated.

Sear the Pork Chops

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear pork chops for two minutes each side.

Mix the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce.

Place Pork in Crockpot

  • Put seared pork chops in the crockpot. Arrange them in a single layer.

Pour the Sauce

  • Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops. Make sure they are covered.

Cook on Low

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for six hours. The pork will become tender.

Thicken the Sauce

  • Remove pork chops and place on plates. Spoon sauce over them. Serve hot.

Notes
