Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups grapes red or green
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented

For Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits

  • Wash all fruits well under running water. Peel and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Try to keep sizes even. This helps the salad look neat and easy to eat.

Combine the Fruits

  • Take a large mixing bowl and add all prepared fruits. Mix gently using a spoon. Be careful not to crush soft fruits like strawberries or blueberries.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. This dressing adds a light sweet and fresh flavor.

Add Dressing to Salad

  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture. Toss gently so all fruits are coated evenly. Do not overmix, or fruits may release too much juice.

Chill the Salad

  • Place the fruit salad in the fridge for about 10–15 minutes. This helps flavors blend nicely and makes the salad more refreshing when served.

Serve Fresh

  • Take the salad out of the fridge and give it a light mix. Serve immediately in bowls. Enjoy this fresh and colorful fruit salad with family or guests.

Notes

  • Use fresh and ripe fruits for best taste.
  • Cut fruits just before serving to keep them fresh.
  • Add mint leaves for extra freshness.
  • Avoid overmixing to prevent soggy texture.
  • Chill before serving for better flavor.
