Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked ham finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt optional
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 hard-boiled egg chopped

Instructions
 

Chop the ham

  • Cut ham into small pieces. Use a food processor for finer texture.

Mix mayo and sour cream

  • In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream.

Add pickles and juice

  • Mix in chopped pickles and pickle juice. Stir well.

Add mustard and lemon

  • Add Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

Add veggies and herbs

  • Stir in onion, celery and parsley. Mix evenly.

Add spices and egg

  • Add garlic powder, pepper and salt. Mix in chopped egg.

Combine ham with dressing

  • Add chopped ham to the bowl. Stir until fully coated.

Chill before serving

  • Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve cold for best taste.
