- Corn tortillas – 8 to 10 pieces
- Cream of chicken soup – 1 can
- Cream of mushroom soup – 1 can
- Diced tomatoes with green chilies – 1 can
- Onion chopped – 1 medium
- Bell pepper chopped – 1 medium
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Chicken broth – 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese shredded – 2 cups
- Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
Make the Sauce
