  • Egg – 1 large
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

  • Unsalted butter soft – 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar – 1 1/2 cups
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1–2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven and Tray

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. This helps cookies bake evenly and prevents sticking. Keep everything ready before starting the mixing process.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix well using a spoon. This step ensures all dry ingredients are evenly combined for better texture.

Cream Butter and Sugar

  • In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar together. Mix until smooth and fluffy. This step adds air and makes cookies soft and light.

Add Egg and Vanilla

  • Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix again until smooth. Make sure everything blends well to create a creamy base for cookies.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
