Ingredients
  

  • Unsalted butter – 1 cup softened
  • Fresh strawberries – ½ cup finely chopped
  • Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – a small pinch

Instructions
 

Prepare the Strawberries

  • Wash strawberries well. Remove green tops. Chop them very small. Smaller pieces mix better and give smooth texture.

Soften the Butter

  • Place butter at room temperature. Let it soften fully. Soft butter blends easily and becomes creamy.

Mix Butter and Sugar

  • Add butter to a mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar. Mix until light and fluffy using a fork or mixer.

Add Strawberries

  • Add chopped strawberries to the butter mixture. Mix gently. Make sure strawberries spread evenly through the butter.

Add Flavor

  • Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix again until everything looks smooth and pink.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the butter. Add more sugar if needed. Mix again lightly. Do not overmix.

Chill Before Serving

  • Cover the bowl and chill for 30 minutes. This helps flavors blend well. Serve chilled or slightly soft.
