Ingredients

  • 4 turkey cutlets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Turkey

  • Pat turkey cutlets dry using paper towels. This helps coating stick better. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Keep them ready for breading.

Set Up Breading Station

  • Take three bowls. Add flour in one, beaten eggs in another and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and spices in the third. This setup makes coating easy.

Coat the Cutlets

  • Dip each turkey cutlet in flour first. Then dip in egg mixture. Finally coat with breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly so crumbs stick well to the surface.

Heat the Pan

  • Place a skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. Let them heat until hot but not smoking. This gives a rich flavor and golden crust.

Cook the Cutlets

  • Place coated cutlets in the pan. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side. Turn carefully. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked inside.

Serve Hot

  • Remove cutlets from pan and place on paper towels. This removes extra oil. Serve hot with lemon wedges for fresh flavor and brightness.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan
  • Use fresh breadcrumbs for better texture
  • Cook on medium heat to avoid burning
  • Add herbs for extra flavor
  • Rest cutlets before serving
