Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced olives

Instructions
 

Mix the Base

  • Combine cottage cheese, egg, salt, pepper and seasonings. Mix until smooth and creamy for baking.

Add the Cheese
