- 1 cup Thai chilies (stems removed)
- 1 cup Chili paste
- 2 tbsp Fresh garlic (minced)
- ½ cup Fresh parsley
- ½ cup Fresh cilantro
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Salt
Using a Blender:
Combine ingredients, excluding oil, in a blender.
Blend until smooth, slowly adding olive oil.
Continue blending for 3 minutes until thickened.
Mix everything well.
Refrigerate Poyo Poyo Sauce in a sealed glass jar.

Combine ingredients, excluding oil, in a tall container.
Blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
