Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Paprika
  • ½ cup Lime juice
  • 1 cup Thai chilies (stems removed)
  • 1 cup  Chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Fresh parsley
  • ½ cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup  Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp  Salt

Instructions
 

Using a Blender:

  • Combine ingredients, excluding oil, in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, slowly adding olive oil.
  • Continue blending for 3 minutes until thickened.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Refrigerate Poyo Poyo Sauce in a sealed glass jar.

Blending with an Immersion Blender:

  • Combine ingredients, excluding oil, in a tall container.
  • Blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
  • Slowly add olive oil, and blend for 3 minutes until thickened.

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels to your liking.
  • Use fresh herbs and aromatics for better flavor.
