Raspberry Colada Twist is a sweet and fruity drink perfect for summer or a fun party. It mixes fresh raspberries with creamy coconut and pineapple flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: fresh mint or pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash raspberries. Cut pineapple into chunks if not pre-cut. Keep all fruit ready for blending.

Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Place raspberries, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey and vanilla in blender.

Add Ice Cubes

  • Add ice cubes to blender. This will make the drink chilled and thick.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until creamy and smooth. Stop and scrape sides if needed.

Taste and Adjust Sweetness

  • Taste the drink. Add more honey or sugar if needed and blend again briefly.

Serve the Drink

  • Pour into glasses carefully. The drink should be thick, creamy and vibrant pink-red color.

Garnish the Drink

  • Top with fresh mint leaves or a small pineapple slice. Add a straw for easy sipping.

Enjoy Immediately

  • Serve cold for best flavor. Drink right away to enjoy the fresh fruit taste.
