- 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each, skin removed
- ½ pound shrimp peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Prepare the Shrimp Filling
Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic and chopped shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
