Ingredients
- 2 cups honey
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon yeast wine or mead yeast

Instructions
Boil Water
- Heat 4 cups of water in a large pot until it is warm, not boiling.
Add Honey
- Stir in 2 cups of honey until completely dissolved in the warm water.
Add Spices
- Add cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg if you want a spicy flavor.
Cool the Mixture
- Let the honey mixture cool to room temperature before adding yeast.
Add Yeast
